    I wonder if Murata would have had a better shot at the MVP if Yokohama hadn’t have been so bad this season.

    It’s possible, but in watching Ramirez this season, he really carried the Giants. Then again, I didn’t watch enough Yokohama games to make any comments for or against Murata’s season.

    Unfortunately, I can only go by the stats available. It looks like Murata had a better year offensively than Ramirez, but the Bay Stars were awful. That’s why it’s great to be able to ask you what your take on it is.
