NPB: Tateyama has pain in his back; Hawks could clinch best IL record

...Atsushi Noumi tossed his first bullpen session on Saturday since being taken off the active roster on the 8th. He tossed 69 pitches.

...Akihiro Yano will likely play in a Ni-gun game on Tuesday when the team is set to face Chunichi.

...Minoru Iwata was taken off the active roster on the 11th and spent most of the weekend jogging at the team Naruohama training facilities. He will likely join the parent club on the 16th and be with them until the 21st, the first day he's officially allowed to return to Ichi-gun.


...Yoshinori Tateyama will likely be taken off the active roster on Monday due to pain in his lower back.
