...Just how badly can the media suck in Japan? So much that Masahiro Tanaka felt he had to apologize to fans for causing a fuss. Chie Mori also felt it was necessary to apologize on her blog as well.

For those late to the game, Tanaka was caught by paparazzi entering Mori's home at night and leaving the following morning (which also happened to land on the same day he started a game against the Softbank Hawks).


...The Swallows announced on Monday that the Guinness World Records officially confirmed / authorized the 11 consecutive hits the Swallows recorded on June 14th against the Orix Buffaloes.
