I went to the second game and took some pictures I'll try to post a little later. After going, I wish I had taken my voice recorder with me because the sounds of the oendan were a bit mesmerizing, if not a bit deafening.
Chono also had himself a nice night (3-for-4, 2B), much to the chagrin of one certain Deanna. But I think she was feeling much better after a photo-op with Honda reliever Rikiya Chikugawa (筑川 利希也) after the game.
I almost forgot to add...
This is Nissan's last season. Which means this is also Nissan's last Intercity Tournament. But they did a pretty good job getting into the Semifinals -- certainly nothing to be ashamed of.
