Yokohama's Yoshitomo Tsutsugo (筒香嘉智) submitted his letter of intent today, as did Chiba Eiwa's Ryuya Ogawa (小川竜也) and Morifu's Kota Ito (伊東昴大). As always, you can check the Japan High School Baseball Foundation for a complete list of high school players that have submitted their letters of intent.
The Amateur Draft takes place on 10/29 this year at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa. High School players have until October 15th to submit their letters of intent.
In other draft news, the NPB announced that they were inviting 1,000 fans to this year's draft. Interested fans will be able to enter their names into the drawing through the NPB site starting from September 7th at 11am.
Oh, and this year's draft is "supported" by Toshiba.
