Hanshin Tigers

...Tomoaki Kanemoto picked up his 67th sac fly of his career. He's also 1 double away from tying Katsuya Nomura's mark of 397 (10th on the all-time list).

...Masashi Sajikihara has now gone 111 straight games, since his rookie debut in 2004, without a loss.  The Japanese record stands at 114.

...Kodai Sakurai appears to be ready to make a return to the parent club on the 12th.  Sakurai wore his spikes during practice for the first time since he went down with an injury to his right leg.  He spent time in the outfield working on his fielding and also spent some time in BP.

Sakurai will likely not partake in any rehab games and instead so situational BP.

...Jeff Williams' surgery was a success.  The surgery performed had something to do with mending the left shoulder joint (左肩関節修復).

The Tigers have indicated that they will speak to Williams again once he begins his rehab and has a better idea of what his time-frame for recovery is.
