Climax Series Notes: Seth Greisinger still hurting?

...Swallows' manager Shigeru Takada on Shinya Miyamoto playing through an avulsion fracture in his right thumb:
"Miyamoto wasn't in any condition to play in any games. He knows how to pull the team together and I'm proud to have a player like him on my team."
Yomiuri Giants
...Seth Greisinger tossed BP on Wednesday (10/14) and tossed 14 pitches before stopping with tightness in his right elbow.
Greisinger was actually scheduled to throw to about 8 batters but ended up facing only 4. Depending on how things go, Greisinger could actually miss the Climax Series.
Other
...The NPB held a committee meeting on Wednesday and decided that the Nippon Series will take place at night.
Tokyo Dome / Jingu - 6:00pm
Nagoya Dome - 6:10pm
All other locations - 6:15pm
In addition, the DH will be used in games taking place at Pacific League parks. All games will have a limit of 15 innings for extra innings. If there happens to be a tie after 7 games have been played, another game will be added to the schedule on the following day. Any extra game that gets added to the schedule will not have any limit on extra innings.
The 40-man limit for the Nippon Series will also be temporarily lifted for the 2009 season due to the influenza.
Advance tickets for the Nippon Series will be sold between the 21st and 23rd. General ticket sales will begin on the 29th.
