Former third year Kansai University baseball player Tetsuro Ueno (22-years-old) was found guilty of fraud on Tuesday.  Ueno was ordered to serve 3 years of probation with the possibility of 18 months in jail.

Ueno illegally acquired a bank passbook and ATM card that he later sold to Hiroyuki Kurioka (currently held for blackmail) for 30,000yen.  The bank passbook was then allegedly used by Kurioka in a 40M yen scam.
