It’s official: Carp sign Carlo Alvarado

It's official. The Carp announced Tuesday (11/1) that they signed 31-year-old, right-handed pitcher Carlo Alvarado to a 1-year deal worth 31.5M yen plus incentives to go along wit a signing bonus of 4.5M yen.
