Chiba Lotte Marines taking a look at Romulo Sanchez?

It appears as though the Chiba Lotte Marines are taking a look at 25-year-old, right-handed pitcher Romulo Sanchez.
Sanchez spent most of his career in the Pittsburgh Pirates organization until he was traded to the New York Yankees earlier this year in May.
The Marines appear to like the fact that he can throw in the 150km/h range.
As far as I know, Sanchez is currently on the Yankees' 40-man roster. It also seems as though Sanchez would be a back-up plan if the Marines aren't able to nab Eric Stults.
