Buffaloes to try and hire George Foster as an advisor?

The Orix Buffaloes are looking to strength their position in the States and will apparently try to hire former Cincinnati Red George Foster as an advisor.
Since 2000, the Buffaloes have gone through 35 foreign players, about 20 of which were released after just 1 year. The Buffaloes would like to change their luck by bringing in someone they feel will be able to provide them with better insight into players in the US.
