Hideaki Wakui wasn't happy with how negotiations went during his first meeting with the Lions on the 15th. He met with the team again on Friday and this time brought his agent / lawyer along with him. And while the Lions didn't come up on their original offer of 200M yen, they did go along with Wakui's idea of performance bonuses.
Here's the breakdown (via Sponichi):
25 or more stars
15 or more wins
A winning PCT better than .600
200 or more innings
Each accomplishment is worth an extra 5M yen.
