...Yusei Kikuchi believes he'll be able to 160 km/h at some point in the future.  While he isn't really concerned about velocity, it seems he does want to be power pitcher -- he wants to live and die with his fastball.

2010 Draft

Shinta Hifumi - the Softbank Hawks have added Hifumi to their list of potential draft prospects.

Yodai Enoshita - the Softbank Hawks also have an interest in Kyushu Sangyo University pitcher Enoshita.

Yuki Saito - is apparently at the top of the list for the Swallows, Fighters, and Marines.  Sadaharu Oh is also really interested in him as well.  Saito also recently told reporters he has no problems with being drafted by any of the 12 teams in the NPB.  Saito also mentioned that he does have an interest in the Majors, but isn't really in a place to say anything more than that.

Giants scout Tetsuji Yamashita is really excited about the 2010 draft class, especially the pitchers like Hirokazu Sawamura, Yuki Saito, Tetsuya Ohishi, Yuya Fukui, Masaki Minami, Yudai Ohno, Yodai Enoshita (all out of college), Shinta Hifumi (high school), and Yuki Iwami (Independent League).
