...Takeru Imamura will likely hold his first bullpen session today and throw about 30 pitches.

Seibu Lions

...Soft-toss BP was on the training menu for pitchers on Wednesday.  The Lions believe that BP for pitchers isn't so much about practicing how to hit, but rather just another workout to get the body for Sping camp.

...Seems there will be a talk event featuring Kimiyasu Kudo and Yusei Kikuchi on the 28th at the Seibu 2 Main Hall.  It will be part of the Seibu Lions 2010 Kick-Off Ceremony.

...Kikuchi wants to get a high school teaching license and applied to Tohoku Fukushi University Department of Social Welfare's correspondence education program.  If he's accepted, he'll likely begin his correspondence classes in April.

...Kikuchi held another bullpen session today and tossed 32 pitches.  Hisanobu Watanabe was on hand to watch this time.

...Kenta Matsushita held his second straight bullpen session today.

Softbank Hawks

...The Hawks' five rookies started their day-off on Wednesday by picking up garbage around their dorms at 9am in the morning.

...Kenta Imamiya will likely start the year at B group Spring camp.

Yokohama Bay Stars

...Yoshitomo Tsutsugo was working out under a different training menu on Tuesday due to general fatigue.  His workout including playing some catch and didn't begin until the afternoon.  Seems it was the trainers that told him to take it easy.

Yomiuri Giants

...3rd round draft pick Kyohei Tsuchimoto held his second bullpen session during rookie mini camp on Tuesday.  He tossed 30 pitches, all fastballs.  He's hoping to be at about 80% come Spring camp.

...The Giants will hold a 3,000 meter run during rookie mini camp on Friday.
