...It looks like Masahiko Morino's idea for a suggestion box for fan events will become a reality this season.  It will basically give fans a chance to submit suggestions for various fan-related events.  At the end of each month, Morino will select one event and turn it into a real event.  The Dragons are also planning on opening up a new department (called Fan Services and will more or less be a cross between marketing / sales and advertising) to handle these and other events moving forward.

The suggestion box will be available at Nagoya Dome beginning on 2/27 (exhibition game against Lotte); an online version of the suggestion box will be accessible via the internet.

...Hirokazu Ibata attended his first early morning fielding practice on Tuesday.  He's making a conversion over from short to second during Spring camp.

...Edward Valdez celebrated his 30th birthday on Monday.  Tony Blanco compared Valdez to Yomiuri Giant Dicky Gonzalez and said that the two were similar, even throwing the same kind of change.
