...Hitoki Iwase threw 100 pitches during a bullpen session on Tuesday (the most he's thrown during Spring camp so far).

...Hiromitsu Ochiai suggested that Junki Ito spend some time watching Kazuki Yoshimi throw a bullpen session on for hints on how to make adjustments to his own delivery.  Ochiai wanted Ito to see how Yoshimi used his feet.

...The Dragons practice game against the SK Wyverns on Tuesday was canceled due to the rain.  Unlike the Nippon Ham Fighters, the Dragons weren't quite as concerned about the cancellation.  Pitching coach Shigekazu Mori told reporters that rain was taken into consideration when they built their schedule and that they still have plenty of practice games left to play.

...The Dragons announced that Kenichi Nakata will be working out at Ni-gun camp beginning on the 16th.  Masato Kobayashi was called up to fill his spot.

No details are known as to why Nakata will be working out at Ni-gun camp, but earlier on the 9th, he did cancel a simulated game outing due to tightness, somewhere on his body.  Oddly, he did throw three consecutive bullpen sessions beginning on the 12th.

...Akira Tanaka (advance scout) told reporters to look out for the Yokohama Bay Stars this year.  He feels they won't go down quite as easily this year, as they have in the past.

...Toshiya Okada, Ryuya Ogawa, and Ryoji Nakata ate lunch together at the hotel restaurant on their day off.
