Fukuchiyama Seibi High School submits withdrawal notice

The Japan High School Baseball Federation (JHBF) announced on Tuesday that they received a withdrawal notice from Fukuchiyama Seibi High School (Kyoto). That means they are no longer eligible as a first alternate out of the Kinki Region for the 82nd Spring Koshien.
According to the JHBF, on the night of the 7th, three third-year students on the Seibi High School baseball team beat up their dorm manager after they were warned about their living habits. Seven other players (four second year students and 3 first year students) were also found to have made crude remarks during the beating.
