...Norihito Kaneto worked on making a few adjustments to his cutter in the bullpen on Tuesday.  He received some pointers on how to throw the pitch from pitching coach Isao Koda.

...Taishi Ohta hasn't given up trying to make the opening day roster just yet.  Ohta ended his Ichi-gun camp stay 3-for-21 in practice games; he also committed errors in four straight games.  There's also a very good chance he'll face Yusei Kikuchi on the 9th when the two teams play each other at Seibu 2 Stadium (Ikusei League game).  Ohta told reporters that he's aiming to hit a homer off Kikuchi, provided Kikuchi makes the start as currently scheduled.

...No word on when Seth Greisinger might be returning to Japan.  Much will depend on what comes up during his examinations with Frank Jobe in the US.

...Takahiro Suzuki worked out for about an hour on his day off Monday.  Suzuki worked through all the team's days off during Spring camp in February.

...Kyohei Tsuchimoto is planning on eating four meals a day in an effort to gain some weight.  Seems he lost about 2kg during Spring camp in February and is about 70kg.  Tsuchimoto is ultimately hoping to push his weight up to the 80kg range in the future.

Tsuchimoto is scheduled to be with the Ichi-gun team through the exhibition game schedule.

...Alex Ramirez is seeking ideas for what he should do after he hits home runs.  The Yomiuri Giants have also started accepting submissions from fans through their website (with a deadline of 5pm on 3/10).  Ramirez plans on showing off his HR performance on a stage in front of Tokyo Dome prior to an exhibition game against the Yokohama Bay Stars on the 20th.
