The Girls Professional Baseball League (GPBL) joint camp began on Monday.  The first day of practice lasted about 3 hours and  included batting practice in the cages and light fielding practice.

The players have actually been working out since February in preparation for joint camp.

Camp will run through to the 20th, after which a series of exhibition games are apparently scheduled.
