...The Eagles used Tokyo Dome as their home park for the first time in franchise history on Tuesday.  And perhaps a bit surprisingly, the game drew 40,421 fans.  Club chairman Hiroshi Mikitani was so happy at the turnout that he told reporters that he'd like to have another game at Tokyo Dome again next year.

...Satoshi Nagai relied quite a bit on his fork on Tuesday.  He used it to strikeout the side in the 3rd with runners on first and third.  He also threw the pitch six consecutive times to Tae-Kyun Kim (LOT) after falling behind in the count, 1-0.  Of the 124 pitches he threw, 23 where forks (and he apparently only threw 4 of them with the bases empty).

...Masahiro Tanaka had a chance to speak to Randy Johnson on Tuesday.  Johnson's advice to Tanaka: keep working hard.

...Misako Yasuda will be throwing out the first pitch on 5/2 (vs Orix Buffaloes).
