Daisuke Matsuzaka started the game for the Red Sox and gave up 5 runs over 5.1 innings of work.  He won his first game of the season.  Final line: 5.1 IP, 24 BF, 5 H, 3 SO, 3 BB, 5 R, 5 ER.
