Harper's contract is worth 10M yen (no signing bonus) with the Bay Stars holding the option for next season.

The Bay Stars held a press conference for Harper earlier today.

The Bay Stars announced earlier today that they signed Brett Harper to a contract (good for the rest of the season) and assigned him the number 42. Yokohama will hold a press conference on the 25th to make the announcement official.
