...Shinsuke Ogura continues to struggle -- he lost his third straight start last night and has allowed a total 15 runs (14 earned) over those three starts (13.2 IP).  Ogura is likely on the verge of being demoted.

...Munenori Kawasaki recorded his 56th career triple last night.  That's good for sole possession of 25th place on the All-time list.

...Hiroki Kokubo took BP against a machine yesterday and will move up to taking BP against a live arm today.  If his rehab continues to go smoothly, he could see some action in a Ni-gun game as early as the 6th.

...Kenji Otonari struggled with his control a bit during a Ni-gun game against Hiroshima yesterday.  While he kept Hiroshima scoreless through 3 innings, he issued a two out bases loaded walk in the 4th.  Final line: 4 IP, 19 BF, 3 H, 4 BB, 0 HBP, 4 SO, 1 R, 1 ER.

Otonari's next start will likely be on the 3rd against Industrial League team Kanda Victorys.

...Panson Works has created 6 Hawks players, in addition to Harry Hawk.

...Orders for 2 One Piece figures wearing a Hawks' jersey will be accepted until 7/25.  Seems they also have a full Pacific League set as well.
