...Hideaki Wakui will likely get two starts and one relief appearance before the All-Star break: starts on the 10th (vs Rakuten) and 16th (vs Lotte) and a possible relief appearance on the 21st (Softbank).

...Yusei Kikuchi could be ready to return to action as early as the 14th (Ni-gun game against Nippon Ham Fighters).  Kikuchi experienced some discomfort in his left shoulder back in May and has been working on strengthening and conditioning exercises since then.  He has also gotten to the point where he's pitching once every two days.  Said Kikuchi, "My shoulder is fine now.  The heat?  I'm alright.  I love the summer."

At this point in time, Kikuchi is expected to make the Fresh All-Star game on the 22nd.  He is also slated to practice with the Ichi-gun roster on the 25th and 26th (after the Fresh All-Star game).

...The Lions have posted event information for their second block of Lions Classic 2010 (7/13 - 7/15 vs Nippon Ham Fighters).
