4,573 people showed up at Royal Athletic Park to watch Yoshida pitch on the 27th. That apparently set a new season high for the Canadian team.

Pitching of four days of rest, Eri Yoshida started a game against the Victoria Seals on the 27th and gave up 8 runs (all earned) over 2.1 innings of work. She dropped to 0-3 on the year. Final line: 69 (21) NP (S), 18 BF, 2.1 IP, 1 H, 8 R, 8 ER, 7 BB, 3 HBP, 1 SO.
The Outlaws ultimately lost the game, 12-6.
