JFBL: Mie manager Hiromu Matsuoka given time off

The Mie Three Arrows announced today that their manager, Hiromu Matsuoka, is not well and will be taking time off from his duties with the team. Yukio Fujinami (a coach with the team) will be stepping in as interim manager until Matsuoka is ready to return.
