Eri Yoshida started a game against the Maui Na Koa Ikaika on the 20th and gave up 4 runs on 4 hits over 3.2 innings of work.  This was Yoshida's 8th start of the year.  She is now 0-4.

Final line: 85-37 NP-S, 21 BF, 3.2 IP, 4 H, 4 R, 4 ER, 4 BB, 0 SO.

The Outlaws went on to lose the game, 6-5.

According to Nikkan Sports, Yoshida spent the last week working on her mechanics (she didn't do any traveling with the team).  She also apparently worked on a new knuckler, although that might be in part to her tweaking things with her delivery.

Said Yoshida, "I felt there were adjustments I needed to make.  There are still some thing I'm not used to, but I'm slowly getting there."

Incidentally, Kento Tsujimoto also pitched in the game (he entered the game in the 8th and tossed a shutout inning in relief).
