Takayuki Fujii wants to play for Nihon Seimei

Takayuki Fujii (Doshisha) told reporters today, after tossing a 3-hit complete game shutout against Kyoto, that he doesn't plan on submitting a letter of intent for the 2010 draft and would instead like to play for Nihon Seimei.
