The Japan Professional Baseball Players Association (JPBPA) announced on Saturday that they will be holding a charity auction at Rakuten Auction beginning on 9/13.  Proceeds from the auction will be donated toward foot and mouth disease relief efforts in Miyazaki Prefecture.

A number of items from various players will be up for auction, including Yu Darvish's (HAM) ground coat (warm-up jacket?), Tomoaki Kanemoto's (HAN) bat, and the cleats Yasuyuki Kataoka (SEI) wore when he stole his 200th career base.

The auction will take place between 9/13 (10:00) and 10/11 (23:00).
