Tsuyoshi Shimoyanagi (HAN) tossed 48 pitches during a simulated game at Naruohama yesterday. While Shimoyanagi did give up 2 homers in the simulated game, it seems the coaches were more than satisfied with the movement and location of his pitches. Shimoyanagi is now set to join up with the Ichi-gun roster today and will likely get a start during the Tigers' 3-game series against the Yokohama Bay Stars that begins on the 14th.
