It’s official: Hisashi Iwakuma to be posted

It seems the Rakuten Eagles have agreed to post Hisashi Iwakuma during the off-season.  They are expected to make an official announcement sometime today.

    Man, I hate to see this. NPB needs to keep more of its stars. A strong Japanese league is much better in the long run than exporting stars and watching them from afar.

    I love looking at the starting matchups and seeing someone like an Iwakuma, Darvish, Tanaka, Wakui, or Sugiuchi as the opposing starter. It makes the game that much more exciting.

    Darvish said he didn’t end his career if he had to go to MLB? anyway I’m disappointed of this news .. why the Japanese are so attracted by the MLB is shocking!
