JSBA meets to discuss changes to their charter

by on Oct.21, 2010 @ 4:06 pm, under College, High School

The Japan Student Baseball Association (JSBA) held a executive board of directors meeting yesterday to work on modifications to their charter that will allow university players the ability to play games against pro players.  At this point, it seems high school teams will still not be allowed to play games against pro players due to differences in rules (like the types of bats used).

The JSBA is hoping to work out the final details by February 2011 and has requested both the Japan High School Baseball Federation and All Japan University Baseball Federation to provide their opinions.
