Hanshin Tigers sign Robert Zarate to an Ikusei contract

Zarate will not be attending fall camp and will instead work out at the Naruohama training facilities.

The Hanshin Tigers announced on Friday that they ended up signing Robert Zarate to an Ikusei contract.  Zarate was also assigned the number 116.
