Senichi Hoshino appeared at Kleenex Stadium for fall practice today. It was his first day at practice since taking over as manager of the team. Practice started at 10am and Hoshino started things off with a speech. Hoshino is scheduled to appear at fall practice through to the 12th. Players will also be split up into two groups beginning on the 2nd with one group staying at Kleenex Stadium and another group heading off to the Izumi practice field.
It seems the Eagles also had their security on high alert today since it was Hoshino's first day at practice. In order to keep things under control, they placed a limit on the number of media personnel allowed into the indoor training facilities and also created a zone inside Kleenex Stadium where media would be "contained."
