Japanese players can be just as superstitious

In case anyone was wondering, Japanese baseball players can be just as superstitious as players in the US.

Masanori Ishikawa used a black baseball glove this season, but will be switching to an almond-colored glove next year.

His reason?

Back when he was losing a bunch of games, Ishikawa started messing around with an almond-colored glove and started winning.  Because of that, he decided to change the color of his glove next season to almond.
