Yusei Kikuchi started playing catch at fall camp in Tokorozawa on Friday.  He threw about 40 pitches from a distance of about 20 meters.

Said Kikuchi, "I didn't feel any pain or tightness [in my left shoulder] so I was careful not to throw to hard. ... I'd like to try and be ready for bullpen sessions in February."

Ryoma Nogami threw 75 pitches in the bullpen on Saturday.  Nogami manage to throw over 500 pitches during the first block of fall camp (11/1 - 11/4).  Seems Nogami has been having problems throwing the new NPB regular baseball and told reporters that he felt like he couldn't get a good grip on the ball.
