The Tokyo district courts ruled in favor of the Seibu Lions on Friday and rejected Hiromoto Okubo's claim for reimbursement of lost wages.  Okubo left a prepared statement with his lawyer that apparently stated he was disappointed with the ruling but would continue to cheer for the Lions from a distance.
