The Hanshin Tigers are apparently interested in Hideki Okajima, but have no interest in competing against MLB clubs for his services.  They also tempered their interest a bit by saying that they had other things to consider, like the fact that they'll probably have 68 of their 70 roster spots filled with the players they currently have.
