Yokohama Bay Stars sign Hamilton, Mann

It appears both contracts max out at about 10M yen. The Bay Stars are also hoping both pitchers can help out the starting rotation.

Both players signed 1-year deals worth 5.7M yen with incentives based on how long they are on the active roster.
