The media learned that 26-year-old Ni-gun training coach Yushi Aida will be getting married to a 27-year-old kindergarten teacher named Yoko Sato (佐藤陽子).  The two were classmates in elementary school and were a couple until they broke up in high school.  But they picked things up again when they met during their Seijinshiki and have been together ever since.

The two filed marriage papers today and will be holding a ceremony later this month.

Hayato Sakamoto, Koji Aoyama (Rakuten), and Shogo Akiyama (Seibu) were coaches at a baseball clinic in Hachinohe, Aomori today.

Tatsunori Hara was a special guest at a baseball clinic (Fancl Kids Baseball Challenge) held at Okinawa Cellular Stadium Naha today.  475 kids from various teams in the Naha city area attended the event.

Hara also had another good reason to be there: the Giants will be using Okinawa Cellular Stadium during their second round of spring camp next year and it gave Hara a chance to take a look at the facilities.

The Giants will also be playing an exhibition game against the Rakuten Eagles on their first day of camp at Naha (2/20).  A game which Hara plans on taking seriously.
