The Buffaloes signed Hessman to a 1-year deal worth US$500,000 (or about 42M yen) and Figaro to a 1-year deal worth US$400,000 (or about 34M yen).

The Buffaloes are looking Figaro to start while Hessman will either be a third baseman or DH.

The Orix Buffaloes announced today that they signed both Mike Hessman and Alfredo Figaro.  No word on contract terms yet.
