Hanshin Tigers

Daiki Enokida (1st round) worked out in his hometown Osaki, Kagoshima earlier today (running and playing catch) after holding his first practice session of the year on Sunday.

Masahiro Nakatani (3rd round) started his training on the 2nd at Nozomi Gaoka Elementary School.

Akira Iwamoto (4th round) started up his practices on the 2nd at his old high school (Nanyo Kogyo).  Iwamoto told reporters that he'd like to pick up a new pitch in order to help him get to the active roster.  He's currently doing some research on a slider.

Yakult Swallows

Tetsuto Yamada (1st round) wants to try his hand at a number of different positions (in order to get into as many games as possible) while keeping short his primary position.

Yokohama Bay Stars

The Bay Stars will be starting all of their 2010 draft picks at Ni-gun spring camp, even Kota Suda (1st round) and Kisho Kagami (2nd round).  Seems the Bay Stars don't want their youngsters to feel rushed.

Nippon Ham Fighters

The Fighters are thinking about offering footage from rookie training camp via their mobile phone site (monthly access fee of 315 yen).

Seibu Lions

Hisanobu Watanabe plans on using Tatsuya Oishi (1st round) as a starter.  Oishi will likely start spring camp with the Ichi-gun roster (A group) and could even get a start during the Lions' three game series against the Nippon Ham Fighters at Sapporo Dome (3/25 - 3/27). ... Watanabe also wants Oishi to shake off his catcher anytime he doesn't feel comfortable with the pitch selection.
