Hiroyuki Kobayashi officially signs a 2-year deal worth 500M yen

Hiroyuki Kobayashi officially signed with the Hanshin Tigers today.  The deal is for 2 years and is reportedly worth a total 500M yen.  He was also assigned the number 41 and, according to his wishes, his name will be registered as 小林宏.
