Kirishima volcano isn't showing signs of stopping. Kawasaki Frontale (soccer team) closed out their camp in Miyazaki and returned to Tokyo. It has also suspended a number of school classes. And the hotel the Yomiuri Giants are staying at has received over 60 cancellations due to the volcanic activity.
As of now, the Seibu Lions and Hiroshima Carp don't have any plans of changing their spring camp schedule, but depending on how things turn out, they may have to consider it, especially with regards to their travel schedules (since planes into and out of Miyazaki are being canceled, players / coaches will need to go to Kagoshima or Fukuoka first, then take a bus into Miyazaki).
The Softbank Hawks have secured a bus for their team in case they need it. And if conditions at their training facilities in Miyazaki are really bad, they may even decide to hold their spring camp at the team's Ni-gun facilities in Fukuoka.
UPDATE @ 9:40pm - The Giants had to hold their practices indoors today because there was a strong wind that carried ashes from the volcano in from the west.
