This post will be updated throughout the day.

Today's practice game against the Yomiuri Giants:

Evan MacLane started the game and gave up 2 hits, but did not allow a run over 3 innings of work.  He worked out of a runners on first and second, 1 out jam in the second by getting Hisayoshi Chono to hit into a double play.  MacLane was also throwing around the 130km/h range.

Masahide Kobayashi entered the game in the 7th and retired the side in order.

Seung-Yeop Lee started at first and batted 5th.  He went 2-for-4, including a 3-run homer to right off Shun Tono in the 3rd.

Yesterday's practice game against the Yakult Swallows:

Masato Fukae (5th round) had a hit and a walk and stole two bases -- a walk and a stolen base in the first inning (Shohei Tateyama on the mound); a game-tying RBI single in the 5th and a stolen base (Yuki Shichijo on the mound).

Kazuki Kondo and So Taguchi were not on the list of players that will be attending spring camp in Kochi -- Kondo felt discomfort in his right elbow and Taguchi in his right shoulder.  Both players will head to Miyakojima on the 23rd to get checked out.

Akinobu Okada likes Masato Fukae's (5th round) speed and could end up putting him on the active roster as a late-inning base-running specialist.
