HAN: owner to meet with president next week concerning how to improve the team

Team owner Shinya Sakai told reporters that he's thinking about meeting with team president Nobuo Minami at some point early next week (perhaps as early as the 7th) to talk about how to improve the team, specifically with regards to CF (none of the younger players have really stepped things up and blown the coaches away) and LF (Tomoaki Kanemoto is still a quest mark).

Minami has been dropping comments to the media about trading for an outfielder with pop (a good glove isn't necessary) to give Kanemoto a little more breathing space with his rehab and to give the tea more options in the OF.

Sakai isn't entirely sure if a trade is needed (he wants to give Kanemoto the benefit of the doubt and is fine with having the current group of younger players continue to compete for the starting CF job) and wants to know more about what Minami would like to see happen.  Seems Sakai's main concern is more about the future of the club.
