Naoto Tsuru was the first to arrive at Naruohama for practice today (10am).  He is expected to pitch in tomorrow's Ikusei game against Softbank.

Yasutomo Kubo worked out for about an hour at Koshien Stadium today -- including weights, running, BP.

Takahiro Arai also spent about an hour working out at Koshien Stadium today -- running, BP.

Kyuji Fujikawa threw 45 pitches (including 2 change-ups) off the Koshien Stadium mound yesterday

Kenji Jojima did some more base-running exercises on Sunday.  For Jojima it was the second time this year that he ran the bases while wearing cleats.

Craig Brazell picked up his first multi-hit game yesterday in his 4th exhibition game of the spring.  He's now 4-for-10 (and 4-for-9 vs lefties). ... Matt Murton had gone hitless in 13 straight trips to the plate before picking up a single in the 4th yesterday.  Murton's family is scheduled to arrive in Japan today. ... Shunsuke Fujikawa may have helped his own cause when he nailed the game-winning, walk-off double off Shun Yamaguchi in yesterday's game.  He's now 7-for-19 over 6 exhibition games.
