The Chiba Lotte Marines announced today that they gave Tae-Kyun Kim, Hayden Penn, and Bill Murphy permission to return to their respective countries; all three should are expected back in about a week.

Akira Ishikawa (operations director) - "We have some time since there will be a delay to the season.  We gave them permission to leave after considering their families and their emotional states."

The Seibu Lions also decided to allow Ming-Chieh Hsu to return to Taiwan for 2-3 days.
