Chunichi Dragons

Wei-Ying Chen could get a start during one of the team's next six games (Yakult 5/3 - 5/5 @ Jingu; Yomiuri  5/6 - 5/9 @ Nagoya Dome).  Chen gave up 4 runs (3 earned) over 7 innings during his last Ni-gun start on 4/26 against Orix.

Hanshin Tigers

Daiki Enokida started 4 games at Tokyo Dome when he played for Tokyo Gas and went 4-0 with a 2.48 ERA.

Takahiro Arai had a slash line of .375 / .444 / .500 (18-for-48) with 1 HR and 3 RBI in 12 games at Tokyo Dome last season.

Yomiuri Giants

Hirokazu Sawamura, Tetsuya Utsumi, and Carlos Torres worked out at Giants Stadium today.  Sawamura is currently scheduled to pitch on the 5th (vs Hanshin at Tokyo Dome).

Yakult Swallows

Masanori Ishikawa will be going for his 100th career victory today (vs Chunichi at Jingu).  If / when he makes it, he'll join Masaichi Kaneda, Genichi Murata, Hiromu Matsuoka, and Takao Obana as the only pitchers in franchise history to notch 100 or more victories.

Hiroshima Carp

Yuya Fukui is scheduled to start today's game against the Yokohama Bay Stars (at Mazda Stadium).

Jumpei Shinoda's next start could come on 5/4 vs Yokohama (5 days of rest).  That would put Bryan Bullington's next start on 5/5 vs Yokohama.
