Eri Yoshida’s first appearance of the season came as a reliever

Eri Yoshida's first appearance for the Samurai All Japan came as a reliever on 6/5 vs Team San Deigo.

Yoshida entered the game in the 7th and gave up 2 runs on 2 hits over an inning of work (including 2 BB/HBP and 1 strikeout).

And from what I can gather, she also made a start on 6/7 vs the San Diego Mavericks and gave up 2 runs over 3 innings of work (with both runs scoring in her third inning work).

Thank you for the updates. Hopefully she’ll master that knuckleball, but few do. Sad to hear she switched to 3/4. Underarm knuckleball was the strangest pitch I’ve heard of.
